The Kerrytown District of Ann Arbor is an historic neighborhood of residences and locally-owned businesses. In the early days of Ann Arbor, suppliers and manufacturers established themselves in what is now known as the Kerrytown District between the town center and the railroad line. They provided the lumber, coal, our, oil, ice, and supplies needed to develop and maintain a prosperous community. Nearby were the homes of workers, and the adjacent area became a neighborhood of evolving ethnic diversity.
I worked on the illustrations for the map; depicting some of the notable landmarks of the area, along with points of interest.
